BIOGRAPHY

Yohhahnseh Cave was born, raised and received his early education in Georgetown, Guyana, South America.  Yohhahnseh was admitted to the Roll of Attorneys in Guyana in October, 2001 and has since amassed an extensive range of experience while serving in various capacities within the Legal Profession. He has served as a criminal prosecutor both in Guyana and Belize, has presided over summary courts while serving as a Magistrate, had been appointed Clerk of the Court of Appeal of Guyana and has worked as an associate attorney both in Belize and the British Virgin Islands.

 

Yohhahnseh is currently admitted to practice law in Guyana, Belize and before the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court of the British Virgin Islands. He practices with a particular emphasis on civil litigation specifically in areas such as contractual disputes, claims grounded in tortious liability, corporate law, divorce proceedings and family law, public law  and litigation centred on disputes involving property.

 

Yohhahnseh has an unswerving belief in delivering sound profession services of a consistently high quality and emphasises the importance of delivering such services within the parameters of his ethical  and professional obligations.

BIOGRAPHY

Stacey Grinage joined the firm as an Associate in July 2015. Stacey works primarily in Civil Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law. Her practice includes Formation of Companies, Corporate governance, Real Estate, Probate and Succession, Trusts, Family Law, Intellectual Property Law, Tax and Estate Planning, Public and Administrative Law, Personal Injury and Debt collections.

 

Prior to joining the firm she trained at the Legal Advice and Services Centre (Legal Aid) where she gained a wealth of experience in several of her practice areas.

 

Stacey has a passion for law and is committed to satisfying all of her clients’ legal challenges. She is hard working by nature and applies fast critical thinking and case analysis to solving legal problems. Stacey has strong work ethic and strives to accomplish her work in a meticulous yet efficient manner.  

 

Stacey loves to travel and engage in volunteer activities especially where she will be interacting with youths.

BIOGRAPHY

Kara was born and raised in Belize City. After attaining a Bachelor’s of Art in international Studies at the University of South Florida, she attained an LL.B. from the University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom where she graduated with first class honours.  While at Duke, she participated in Duke’s Pro Bono Wills Project, wherein she spent her Spring Break travelling to small towns in North Carolina providing Powers of attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Wills to people of underprivileged means.

 

Kara joined the firm in December 2015 and has since worked on various matters involving a wide range of areas, including Company Law, Equity and Trusts, Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate and Contract Law.

 

Kara was a very driven and disciplined scholar and has brought those same qualities to her work at Young’s Law Firm. She endeavours to build a relationship of mutual trust with clients and colleagues, which drives her to attain the best results in each matter she comes across.
